Anti-oxidant Powered Blueberry Vegan Smoothie

- 1 High-speed blender
- 2 cups unsweet vanilla soymilk
- 3 frozen medium bananas, chopped
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 cup frozen blueberries or frozen cherries, strawberries or other berries of choice
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- Simply blend all ingredients in high-speed blender. Use tool that inserts through lid to push ingredients down to blend as needed.
