1 ⅓ cupfrozen organic strawberries OR frozen cherries OR frozen raspberries (if using fresh fruit, add ice; recommend organic strawberries or cherries as these fruits make the Dirty Dozen list)
1/2ripe, frozen banana
1/3cuporganic apple juice (recommend organic as apples are on the Dirty Dozen list, and pesticides concentrate when made into juice)
1/3cupwater
fresh mint or flaked coconut(optional)
